  • Orders are processed within 3 business days unless it is a custom order which will take extra time 
  • Shipping times vary depending on location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that could occur by Australia Post. All items will be carefully wrapped to protect each item.
  • We only ship Australia wide.
  • Standard shipping and handling cost for SMALL ORDERS is $14.00
  • Standard shipping and handling rates for MEDIUM ORDERS is$18.50
  • Standard shipping and handling for LARGE ORDERS is $22.50
  • Please be very careful ticking shipping size as if items too large for that size box you may incur an updated shipping invoice. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We will endeavour to put in appropriate size packaging  so as to not cause damage to any products.
  • If only purchasing a very small item and shipping fee is more than product total we will refund you part of shipping cost.
