How do I place an order?

Browse through our collection, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. It's simple, secure, and we'll take care of the rest

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

We offer a range of secure payment options at checkout, including card payments and other trusted methods. We also offer afterpay for your convenience.

We currently ship AUSTRALIA-WIDE

How long will my order take?

Each item is lovingly prepared before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery times are handled by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. I will ship your purchase within 2 business days. 

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING

Yes! You'll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.

Who is responsible for lost or damaged parcels?

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is outside of our control.

Bravehearts Collective cannot take responsibility for any loss, delays, or damage caused during transit.

If something goes wrong, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. You can also contact us and we will help look into any issues.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

What if my item arrives faulty?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video so we can review and assist where possible.

 

ARE YOUR ITEMS HANDMADE

Yes Every piece is handmade with love and care. Slight variations may occur, making each item beautifully unique.

Are your products suitable for children?

Our accessories may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children. Please use with care and supervision.
